Join us for a fun, nonimpact, calorie-burning workout. RockNCycle is like a Spin class but we feel that fun is important so that you'll crave coming back for more. Scroll through our website to learn more.

Cancellation Policy

Life is busy and things come up. For in-person class cancellations please do so 24 hours in advance to free up a bike for another rider. You can cancel online through your Bookings or email wryan@live.com. If you've had 2 no shows, a no show with a full class, or a no show with only 1 other participant, we'll ask that you not book in advance. Thank you!
