We're all about working out with fun instructors to fun music with a great sound system on Spin bikes. We're not fancy but we're fun!

Enjoy the camaraderie of an instructor in-person along with other participants, right in our little town/hamlet of Schroon Lake in the summer, about a mile from the town center.
