What are Spin Classes at RockN'Cycle?
We're all about working out with motivating instructors to fun music with a great sound system on Spin bikes. We're not fancy but we're fun!
Plus ... still only $5/class at our Schroon Lake NY studio to encourage you to return, again and again.

Where are the classes located?
In June through Autumn, we're in our little town of Schroon Lake, about a mile from the town center at 16 Spruce Lane. Enjoy the camaraderie of an in-person instructor along with other participants.
